GTM Workshops

For business schools and entrepreneurship programs

Most business school students can ace a case study. Few can explain how a real company acquires, retains, and grows revenue - and what breaks down when strategy meets execution.

I run interactive GTM workshops that bridge that gap. Students work through a live simulation, take on real role (Sales, Marketing, Product, RevOps, Enablement), and feel firsthand what misalignment actually costs.

  • A 3-hour hands-on simulation for master’s students in tech, strategy, business tracks. Students leave with a practical understand of how GTM works end-to-end, why execution fails, and what it actually takes to align a revenue team.

    Most recently delivered to +50 master’s students from Grenoble Ecole de Management, during their study trip to Berlin.
