I've spent 8+ years working inside the gap between GTM strategy and what actually happens in the field.

I started Scaling Edge because GTM shouldn't be a black box. RevOps, enablement, go-to-market strategy: these topics are often overcomplicated, jargon-heavy, and inaccessible to the people who need them most.

After years of doing this work hands-on (building CRM automations, designing full GTM strategies, standing up enablement from scratch, and pitching it all to C-level) I wanted to create a space to share what I've learned in a practical, no-fluff way.

Scaling Edge is where that comes to life: through 1:1 coaching for enablement and GTM professionals, and interactive workshops for business school students who deserve to understand how companies actually go to market.
